Success Story: Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge
Founded in 2002, the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISEEK) has become Russia’s leading research centre and think tank in scientific, technological and innovative foresight, with more than 200 researchers at 20 research centres, two international labs led by outstanding scientists, and the UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
New Horizons: Developing Research in Neuroscience
The Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience (ICN), founded in 2018, is one of the most rapidly developing academic divisions at HSE University. Its researchers investigate the neural mechanisms of human behaviour, cognition, and social interaction.
New Practice: Centre for the Commercialisation of R&D Results and Technology Transfer
HSE University aims to maximize its contribution to the socio-economic and technological development of Russia. For instance, the Centre for the Commercialization of Developments and Technology Transfer aims to streamline and enhance the productivity of research teams in regards to the transfer of R&D results into real economy sectors.
