During the Russia—Islamic World: KazanForum held in Kazan, experts from the HSE Institute for Public Administration and Governance (IPAG) presented the results of studies analysing the potential for establishing multimodal transport and logistics hubs along international transport corridors. One of the key sessions titled The International North–South Transport Corridor and attended by Deputy Prime Ministers Vitaly Savelyev and Marat Khusnullin highlighted the progress towards attaining the objective set by Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the advancement of Russia's foreign trade potential.

The ‘Grow with HSE University!’ Forum: ‘A Platform for Communication and Reinvigorating Ideas’
In late October, the ‘Grow with HSE University!’ forum was held in Moscow. The forum aimed at encouraging an exchange of best academic practices and cultivating cooperation between the University and various schools. Teachers and administrators from 76 regions of Russia and 16 countries took part. Over 3,500 people signed up for the forum, and even more people joined the events online. The plenary discussion alone was watched online by over 15,000 people.

HSE University in Nizhny recently hosted the 2nd Autumn Neuro-linguistic School ‘NeuroSciCom: Popularising Language and Brain Studies’ for scientists and students at the HSE Centre for Language and Brain Studies in Nizhny Novgorod. The school was held as part of the 'Human Brain Resilience: Neurocognitive Technologies for Adaptation, Learning, Development and Rehabilitation in a Changing Environment' Strategic Project of the Priority 2030 programme.
